All plans: no visit metering, no traffic billing. Scale within your pool automatically; more sites and pool expansion are things you buy, priced before you confirm.

The agency math

The Agency tier works out to €13.96 / site / month (349 ÷ 25). Put your care-plan price on top (€25, €50, €99 a site) and the margin is yours. One invoice from us. Billing your clients through the platform is not switched on in this release, so for now the invoices to them stay yours to issue.

“Why not just put 10 sites on cheap shared hosting?”

You can, until one site’s breach spreads to the others, one bad plugin update takes a client offline, and you spend the weekend on it alone. Studio is the managed, isolated, defended alternative: every client site on its own resources, every update tested before it ships, a real engineer when you need one.

Shared hosting is cheaper per site. This is cheaper per incident.

What you are, and are not, billed for

No visit metering.

We never count visits or bill you for traffic.

Scale within your pool, automatically.

Autoscaling handles spikes inside the resources you bought.

Expansion is opt-in.

We never auto-upgrade you into a bigger bill; pool expansion needs your explicit yes.

More sites than your plan includes?

You buy another, at the Solo price, shown next to the total before you confirm. Nothing joins your bill because you crossed a line.

Always-on HA.

A 2-pod high-availability floor on every site, always.

Campaigns?

Reserve burst capacity as a flat fee when you need it. Still no per-visit metering.

Trial terms, when signup opens

Self-serve signup is not open yet, so none of this can be started today. It is published now so the terms are known in advance rather than discovered at the door.

  • A 5-day self-serve trial will apply, with no long commitment.
  • A small refundable hold (~€10) will confirm you’re real, credited toward the first month.
  • An EU VAT ID (validated via VIES/NAV) and a card will be required.
  • Need longer to evaluate? It will be extendable with a reason.

FAQ

Do you meter visits or bill for traffic?

No. Traffic is never metered and never billed; pricing is per-site and per-pool. Site count is the one thing that can add to a bill: past the sites your plan includes, you buy another at the Solo price, shown next to the total before you confirm.

How does a site join a plan?

You install the free Tivadar Agent on the site, and it opens a Cloud Connection to your operator account. The Agent is still being built, so no site can join a plan yet. Each Connected Site counts toward your plan, and you can disconnect any time.

Can I white-label and resell?

Not yet. Both are built and deliberately held back from this release; they belong to the Agency tier when they are switched on. Until then the tier is 25 sites with dedicated Galera and Redis.

Where does my data live?

100% EU (Hetzner), with no US subprocessor in the serving path. The one US recipient, a manual IP lookup during an incident, is listed on /trust.

What if a plugin update breaks a site?

It doesn’t reach production untested. Every change runs on a clone and is rolled out with zero downtime once that clone comes up healthy.

Who do I talk to when something’s wrong?

The engineer who built the platform. Directly.
